I want you to love your products as much as I do. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept any returns on products that have been opened. If none of them have been opened you can return within 15 days from the time delivered for store credit.
If your products was damaged during the shipping process please email us right away with a photo, your name and order number. This will help speed up the process to get you out a replacement order. We will replace the product as promptly as possible.
Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Your Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return.
If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.
Discounted items will not be accepted as returns.
No refunds will be accepted for products that are returned damaged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping charge will be the responsibility of the customer.
Credit will be issued as a coupon to the customer account.
The credit coupon will be valid for 60 Days from the issue date.

To Use Your Credit Coupon; Once your account is active when you log in, you will see your store credit highlighted in green. You will need to click the credit that is highlighted and enter the amount of credit you want to apply to your cart. It will create a code for you to copy and paste and enter in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box at checkout before purchase. If taxes apply, you will be charged for taxes and shipping.
